Nervous/Anxious Patients
We fully understand that some patients are very nervous of attending Dental Clinics. There are now various ways of offering pain free dentistry. We can offer various sedation techniques. We will be pleased to discuss your individual needs at any time.
The Practice accepts all dental emergency patients, whether the patient is registered with us or not. When the Practice is closed, you may telephone our answering machine service on 020 8299 0240 and leave a message or, if your pain is severe and cannot wait till the Practice opens, you will be given details of how to contact an emergency dentist for advice or treatment.
Disabled Persons
The Dental Practice has suitable access and facility for treating disabled patients.
Home Visits
Domiciliary visit could be arranged for ill patients who cannot come to the clinic for treatment. Please ring the Practice to request for dental visit.
Practice Policy on Dental Payments
This practice expects all dental fees to be paid on completion of all treatments. For all Cosmetic and Restorative treatment, especially those involving laboratory charges, half of the dental fee must be paid at the commencement of the treatment and the rest paid as the treatment progresses till the last visit when the balance fee must be paid before fitting of the crowns., bridges, etc, as the case my be.
Please help us in this regards to provide an efficient service for you.
NHS Exempt
The following groups of patients are exempt from NHS charges:
We will make every effort to provide a high standard of care. We welcome any suggestions or constructive criticisms on ways to improve our services. IF you are therefore unhappy about any aspect of the treatments you have received, please write to the practice Manager or the Clinical Director who will definitely get in touch with you within four working days.

- Expectant and nursing mothers (delivery within the last 12 months)

It is one of the goals of the Dentals practice that many patients in servere pain must be seen as soon as possible.if you or any of your relatives are in pain please come to our practice or telephone for an immediate appointment.
